Cancellation policy
We understand that unexpected events happen. However, we have to guarantee that the time of our team is appropriately valued.

All lessons will be paid at least 72 hours in advance. In case you are booking a weekly permanent slot, the payment should cover at least the next five weeks.

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 72 hours before the lesson will not be effective. The full amount of the lesson will be charged.

-I am a complete beginner, can I join the lessons?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to teach you the basics of the instrument so you can soon gain confidence and become a solid player.
-Will I be able to learn any songs or styles that I want?
Yes. We believe in the importance of learning with pleasure so we will encourage you to learn with the music that makes you buzz.
-Do I need to bring an instrument?
All our equipment is available for you to use during the lessons. We do recommend that you have an instrument at home to practice.
-What type of guitar/piano should I buy?
We would suggest talking to your teacher after the first lesson so the right decision is made from the beginning. They will recommend what works best for you in terms of size, style or budget.
-What frequency of lessons do you recommend?
Weekly lessons are great for developing a routine and a sense of consistency. Feel free to discuss with your teacher what is the best approach for you, as many personal factors will influence this.
