Whether this is your first time buying an instrument or not, it is a decision that you should not make very lightly. Having the right guitar for you would make the experience of learning more enjoyable and would consequently affect your playing. This does not mean that there is just one or a few guitars that are a good match for you. This is especially relevant at earlier stages, when a particular playing style is yet to be developed. Having said this, some choices could seem more solid for beginners. A key concept to consider is versatility. When you are still trying to find your own voice within the instrument, the last thing that you need is barriers. You need a guitar that can give you a little bit of everything.
A slim neck is another feature that could make playing easier in general. Some people may also opt for a shorter scale length. Children will need an instrument of an appropriate size in view of their age. It may sound obvious, but if you are left-handed, don't forget to get a left-handed guitar. We have seen many students who were encouraged to learn with a guitar that wasn't just for them. You also want to make sure that the guitar is not super heavy, as this can make the whole experience quite unpleasant (simply from carrying the guitar around). Make sure that you get a tuner and learn how to do the tuning properly from the beginning. Many people use apps, but it’s a lot easier and more solid to get a little tuner to help you.

We have gathered a few options which are ideal for those learning how to play. You will not go wrong with any of these great electric guitars for beginners.
Fender Squier series
There are many models and shapes of these now iconic guitars. They are the most well-known budget guitars. Its affordability, along with its Fender roots, has made the Squier one of the safest choices for beginners. We recommend the Stratocaster model for beginners due to its playability and adaptability.
Yamaha Pacifica 112V
It is a similar guitar to the Squier Stratocaster, but it features improved elements, and it is overall an instrument of better quality. This is also reflected in the price, but if you can spend a bit more money, it is definitely worth it.
Epiphone Les Paul
Featuring a warmer and deeper tone, this is a solid choice for those with an inclination for hard rock or heavy styles. Their clean tones are also different from the previous models, showing a bass and mid-range boost.

And changing the strings more often will give you a new guitar every time.
PRS SE series are great too, but a bit more pricey.
